Forecaz Model Viewer
The Forecaz Model Viewer offers an interactive mapping tool for functional teams and planners to collaborate.
Users can aggregate demographic data by spatial geometry such as suburbs or catchment areas and perform spatial comparison of different projection years and model scenarios.
The interface displays essential property attributes such as population and employment figures in tubular and graphic formats. Additionally, all results can be exported to spreadsheets for further analysis and actionable insights.

Forecaz Model Builder
The Forecaz Model Builder empowers users to build and refine forecast models within a user friendly interface with full control over the inputs.
The Model Builder manages all spatial and tabular data for auditing and version control of model inputs. It uses Planning Versions to associate information on residential and non‑residential land‑use development densities and constraints.
Within Model Builder, users can specify growth targets using population projections or dwelling targets for residential growth. For non-residential growth, either GFA or employment projections are specified.
The module allows unlimited scenario models to be defined by duplicating and modifying existing model configurations.
